It was pretty fun - the enduring type of fun. I can make this a hobby.
Bench: 95
Squat: 130 - I could do more (150ish?)

Nice! Keep at it and remember to give yourself rest days! If you have any specific goals in mind, there are a bunch of good starter programs out there to help plan your workouts and add in accessory work.

I never thought I’d be that guy who lives at the gym, but since I’ve started doing group exercise classes, it’s become like an addiction.

as my doctor said, “endorphins are magic.”
you will probably be sore tomorrow, so give it a rest.

It’s crazy to think I started working out as a 17 year old senior in high school and now I’m 30. I used to be really into it in my early 20s, but haven’t been nearly as dedicated since my daughter was born almost 4 years ago. You’ll see crazy results in the first year or two, then it’ll be much harder. Keep it up!

What kind of program are you following? Don’t forget cardio, which could just be ten minutes of light jog on a treadmill or elliptical.

No specific program. Yes, I did do about 15 minutes or so jogging on the treadmill.

Bodybuilding.com has tons of programs and I like the app so I can keep track of what I’m doing in the gym.
I like active rest between sets for squats and deadlifts. The gym I go to has their track right by the squat racks so I tend to walk a lap or two between sets.
